Pamidi

BRIEF INFORMATION

Pamidi is considered one of the most ancient varieties of Thrace. pink and aromatic grape that gave the famous pamiti wine. It is believed that Odysseus got the cyclops Polyphemus drunk with pamiti wine.
This uniqueness of this particular wine could not be better depicted on its label than in the form of a swan and more specifically the buffalo (Cygnus olor), which is a protected species of the wider area of the Vistonida lagoon.
Near the vineyards where the pamidi is cultivated, hundreds of beautiful swans make their presence felt, adding a special and sensitive note to the natural environment.
