Limnio
BRIEF INFORMATION
The oldest Greek variety, Limnio, has been aged for six months in oak barrels with the application of innovative vinification methods. This micro-oxygenation process creates a wine with mild aromas of berries, with aromas of oak in the background. Its color is crimson, with aromas such as black cherry, pomegranate, and notes of pepper and curry, as well as dark chocolate. Robust taste, pleasant acidity, and well-integrated tannins. Full-bodied, but at the same time elegant, it displays a long-lasting, peppery aftertaste.
