Sauvignon Blanc thrives in the northern vineyards of Greece, in the region of Avdira in Xanthi, Thrace. The exceptional handling of the raw material and the elaborate winemaking process under controlled maturation conditions in fine lees for four months’ result in a well-structured, fruity wine with a crisp acidity.
